Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can exchange or return them within 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the backdrops are unused (please make sure they are in perfect condition). You just have to contact us as soon as possible at and we will respond with instructions on how to return the product.
Backdrops must be returned in their original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return costs unless the product arrives defective.
In the event that the product(s) arrive faulty, we will require as many proof photos as possible. Photos will be necessary not only of the damaged product, but also of the original packaging where the shipping label is visible.
If upon receipt of the backdrops to be returned or exchanged they show clear signs of use (stains, slight scratches, breakage...) unfortunately we can only return 50% of these, and we will not accept changes.
We are a small company where our orders are hand-packed and each background is thoroughly checked for any quality issues. Even so, if any of your backdrops arrive damaged, send us an email with photographs of the problem within 48 hours to

Once we receive your return, as long as everything is in perfect condition, we will credit your refund to the card used to make the purchase.
In the case of clearance products and/or Outlet products, no changes or returns will be accepted.
