What is the difference between Photographic backdrops and Handmade backdrops?

Although all our backdrops are prints of our photographs, we like to make this distinction since: The photographed: we take pictures of elements that we find in our walks and trips: it can be a wall, a door, a floor, any texture that catches our attention, either because it has an interesting pattern, a certain color, or because we like and period! The Handmade: These are backdrops photographs that we have originally hand painted in our studio.

Are the colors I see on the screen true to life?

Every day we strive so that our photographs on the web are as faithful to the final product in reality. However, each screen is calibrated in a different way, which is something that is beyond our possibilities. Therefore, the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly in person. If you are not finally satisfied with the product, you can always make a return. If you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to send us an email to

How should I clean the backdrops?

We usually try to clean them with a cloth and water but avoid to scrub. If they are more persistent stains, we usually use glass cleaner or dishwashing liquid. Of course we recommend avoiding stronger cleaning liquids such as grease remover, since rubbing a lot ends up lifting the ink. First of all, we recommend avoiding all types of abrasive liquids, such as alcohol, acetone, solvents, white spirit, etc. as you will damage the quality of the material. Unfortunately we can only accept exchanges or returns of products that have not been used, and they must be intact as they were sent. How resistant are your backdrops?

Although our material is very resistant, you must give your backdrop a sensible use: do not put hot objects such as pans or pots, since it is not resistant to high temperatures. At the same time, food or other liquids that fading may also stain your backdrop, so be careful with the latter. Also, do not cut directly on the backdrops, as they will deteriorate quickly. Finally, don’t double your backdrops too much, as they could stick to the shape of the fold. It is best to store them flat or rolled in their original tube.

After placing an order, how long will it take to receive my backdrops?

As long as the product is in stock, we are committed to preparing our orders within 24 hours after having received the payment correctly. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and an estimated shipping date will be provided. Then the shipping will depend on the city / country from where you place your order. Normally shipments take between 24-48h throughout the peninsula. Check our shipping policy for more information.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We do everything possible so that your order arrives in perfect condition. For this we pack our backdrops in cardboard tubes that will protect them during their trip. However, there may be some exceptions and it may be the case that your order does not arrive in perfect condition. If that’s the case, please let us know by contacting us at and send us photos of the problem. We will make an exchange and send you a new order. Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
